Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. Every perfume order comes with a perfume sample. We kindly ask that you try the sample first before opening the box containing the full bottle of perfume.
In the event the perfume is not to your liking, as long as the box has not been tampered with or opened, we can provide a full refund. However, if the box with the full bottle of perfume is opened, we can only provide a 50% refund, as this is a small business with everything being hand-crafted. If you wish for a full refund, we ask that you pay for the price of shipping. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
2. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
3. Damaged Products
In the event you received a damaged product due to shipping, please email us with information & a picture for proof, and we will work with the shipping provider to resolve the problem. We are more than happy to work on getting you a full refund or an exchange for a new one if the product was damaged outside of your control. This applies up to 14 days after receiving the product.
